Due to the market closure, PHH will not be accepting any live Bulk bids or Best Effort Commitments on Thursday, November 24th. Loans will not be funded on Thursday, November 24th or Friday, November 25th.
Due to the early market closure on Friday, November 25th, we will be accepting live Bulk bids until 2:00PM EST and will accept Best Effort locks until 9:00PM EST via TPO Connect. Locks expiring on Thursday, November 24th will automatically be extended to Friday, November 25th at no cost. Locks expiring on Friday, November 25th will need to be extended if the loan is not delivered by that date.
