George Henley

Executive Vice President & Chief Growth Officer

George Henley

George Henley most recently served as Executive Vice President, Retail Lending for Freedom Mortgage overseeing its traditional retail channel, including sales and operations. In addition to his role as head of retail lending, Mr. Henley worked in capital markets, responsible for retail channel pricing and margin management as well as GSE relations. He joined Freedom Mortgage in December of 2012 as Executive Vice President, Capital Markets and Correspondent Lending where he was responsible for the growth and development of the company’s national correspondent lending channel. Prior, Mr. Henley held executive positions in sales, credit and capital markets with JPMorgan Chase, SunTrust Mortgage, CitiMortgage, and other regional mortgage banking firms. He has served on various agency advisory boards, including FannieMae Shipping and Delivery, FreddieMac Loan Prospector and FannieMae Mississippi Housing Partnership Office Advisory. Mr. Henley is a member of the Secondary and Capital Markets Committee for the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Andy Peach

Senior Vice President, Head of Correspondent Lending

Andy Peach

Andy comes to Ocwen from Mr. Cooper, where he was Senior Vice President, Correspondent Sales. He is the former President and CEO of Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, a retail mortgage lender based in Milwaukee, WI. Prior to Waterstone, he spent five years at Pacific Union Financial serving in several senior leadership roles – most recently, Managing Director and Chief Production Officer responsible for all sales, operations and profit and loss associated with the company’s correspondent, wholesale, retail, and consumer direct lines of business. His earlier career included time spent at JPMorgan Chase, Aurora Loan Services (a Lehman Brothers Company), and Bank of America. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
Our Correspondent Lending business has seen tremendous growth since it was launched in 2019. In the fourth quarter of last year, we generated $2.6 billion of volume through this channel, which was a 34% increase from the prior quarter.

Scott Loddeke

VP, Correspondent Operations and Post Closing

Scott Loddeke

Scott Loddeke is the Vice President of Correspondent Lending and Post Close. Scott has worked in correspondent lending for the past 20 years. Serving at many influential industry leaders, most recently with Texas Capital Bank. He also served as Head of Operations for both Correspondent and Wholesale Lending at Stearns Lending and stood up the Correspondent Lending Operations group at Nationstar Mortgage. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years with CitiMortgage in various correspondent lending roles.
