PHH Mortgage will be implementing the AMI/FTHB Cap waiver to all bulk Mandatory locks as of 03/16/2023. Clients must add a FTHB column and an AMI Waiver column to their bulk tape as detailed in the below chart. If the requested two fields are not present, PHH will be unable to apply a waiver at the time of the bid.
