PHH Mortgage is excited to announce several new updates to our Website and to our Correspondent Portal. Our Website has undergone a refreshed look and feel, along with the addition of new and updated content. As we grow our Correspondent offering, we want to be sure you have everything you need to work seamlessly with our team.

For contact information regarding your region’s assigned Sales Executive, simply choose the “About Us “ dropdown and select “Sales Team.” A dynamic map will appear so that you can select the state where your firm is headquartered and obtain detailed information about your Sales Executive.
Our Resource Center contains important information regarding our products, FAQ’s and announcements with more to come!

Contact Us allows for our lenders to easily ask a quick question, look for Chat feature in the future!
To navigate to the PHH Correspondent Portal, simply select the Login button in the upper right of the page.
You will be taken to your Welcome page, shown below. From there you can view your “Pipeline”, add a new loan “Add New Loan”, Price out a Loan Scenario “Scenarios” and Lock a Loan as well as view additional resources right there at your fingertips.
You can find our updated PHH Portal guide under Resources on our website or under Documents in the portal to help you navigate these updates seamlessly.
The updated PHH Correspondent Portal Manual can be found under the Documents tab for your further reference.
