Announcement- New Post Closing System - Co-Issue

We are pleased to announce our Post Closing Assist Tool is now available for both Correspondent and Co-Issue loans. Sellers can now utilize our PCA System for all aged loans, eliminating the need to utilize our third-party provider, Indecomm. Effective immediately, PHH will start including Correspondent and Co-Issue loans in the Seller’s overall Final Doc Reporting for Recorded Mortgages and Final Title Insurance Policies. The new tool can be accessed via the home page of our PHH Mortgage Correspondent Lending website or via TPO Connect. This system will allow sellers to efficiently send bulk Recorded Mortgages/Deed of Trust and Final Title Insurance Policies with just a few clicks.

The new Post Closing Tool allows sellers to:

  • Manage and set up users within their office
  • Bulk upload documents for multiple loans across multiple business channels
  • Communicate with the Post-Closing Specialist regarding outstanding requests
  • Awareness of status of submitted documents
  • Real time reporting
