Effective September 15th, 2022, PHH Mortgage will no longer accept minimum coverage mortgage insurance. In the event a loan funds using minimum coverage, lenders will be invoiced for the applicable agency LLPA and an administrative fee post funding.
The PHH Seller Guide will be updated to reflect this change in policy.
