Hurricane Idalia - Continued Discretionary Monitoring
Hurricane Idalia landed causing wide-spread damage around Florida. Until FEMA has officially announced all Declared counties, PHH needs to cover this gap for areas determined to be of considerable concern to be declared a disaster by FEMA. Business Units need to evaluate their pipelines for funding/purchase postponement to obtain exterior inspections or certs, as required per PHH Disaster Policy.
 
Areas in Florida of concern not yet declared: Flood Zones only in both Hillsborough and Wakulla Counties
 
PHH will continue to monitor and will advise immediately of any additional changes.
