As a reminder, all loans submitted to DU ® will first be assessed according to the RefiNow eligibility guidelines, and DU ® will automatically provide RefiNow messaging if the loan parameters for this product are met. If the loan is being underwritten as a standard limited cash-out refinance, the lender must enter “Standard LCOR” in the Product Description field and resubmit the loan casefile to DU ®.
