In response to the recent FHFA announcement requiring GSE adjustments to Loan Level Price Adjusters (LLPA), the attached pricing for cash out loans will apply to all PHH Mortgage Best Efforts.
As of November 21, 2022, Best Efforts Locks will apply the new pricing adjusters depending on Lock Term. Lock extensions and relocks will be subject to the new LLPA’s if the loan is delivered after January 01, 2023, purchased after January 20, 2023 and the new fee was not included previously.
