In response to the January 19, 2023 FHFA Single Family Pricing Framework Announcement requiring updates to GSE Loan Level Price Adjusters (LLPAs), pricing adjustments from the referenced announcements will apply to all PHH Mortgage Best Efforts based on Lock Terms.
As of February 15, 2023, Best Efforts Locks will apply the new pricing adjusters based on Lock Term. All loans locked without the new LLPAs will be subject to the new LLPAs if purchased after April 15, 2023.
