PHH is pleased to announce that our Servicing department has launched a new email which is exclusively for our Correspondent Sellers to escalate servicing related concerns.

What types of issues should I escalate to this mailbox?
Escalations include the following:
  • Borrower has not received Welcome Letter or payment coupon
  • Borrower’s payment is not reflected on latest statement
  • Verification of taxes and/or homeowner’s insurance payments
  • Payments not applied correctly
  • Payment sent to PHH in error or payment sent to lender in error
