Announcement- Disaster Alert Update, 09/08/23

Hurricane Idalia - Potential for Impact

Hurricane Idalia landed causing wide-spread damage around Florida. Until FEMA has officially announced all Declared counties, PHH needs to cover this gap for areas determined to be of considerable concern to be declared a disaster by FEMA. Business Units need to evaluate their pipelines for funding/purchase postponement to obtain exterior inspections.

Counties in Florida of concern not yet declared: Alachua, Franklin, Hillsborough, Manatee and Wakulla

Continue to reference potentially impacted pipeline reports.

In addition to the previously declared counties listed below, the following disaster declaration is being issued or modified today pertaining to:

  • Georgia DR-4738: New Disaster Declaration
