The announcement is an update to the PHH Mortgage Seller Guide (“Guide”). The requirements contained herein and in previous announcements are incorporated into the Guide, and they are considered a part of and supplement the Guide.
Guideline Extensions:
In accordance with the guidance announced by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, PHH Mortgage is extending the requirements and flexibilities noted previously for conventional loans through April 30, 2021.
Note: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have indicated that this is the final extension of the temporary flexibilities.Mortgages with application dates on or after May 1, 2021 must comply with applicable guide requirements.
