To better serve our sellers, PHH Mortgage will be implementing the following changes to our Scenario Help Desk. These changes will be effective on Tuesday, January 30th.
- Scenario email boxes are for Non-Delegated sellers only.
- Delegated sellers should reach out to their Correspondent Specialist, Correspondent Sales Representative or Regional Sales Executive for assistance.
- New email addresses for Non-Delegated questions regarding Agency or Non-Agency loans.
- Our current Scenario Help Desk, PHHCorrespondentScenarioHelpDesk@phhmortgage.com, email address will be decommissioned.
- Our Underwriting Scenario Desk in TPO Connect will be deactivated.
As a reminder, when submitting a question to the appropriate email box, please provide all applicable loan details that will assist in the response, ex: loan type, occupancy, loan purpose, etc.
Underwriting Reference documents are available on the Tools & Forms page, under the Resources section of our Correspondent Lending website. We have forms to address a specific situation, such as Resident Immigration Status and the PHH Disaster Alert Policy and Procedure.
