Announcement - Scenario Desk Changes

To better serve our sellers, PHH Mortgage will be implementing the following changes to our Scenario Help Desk.  These changes will be effective on Tuesday, January 30th. As a reminder, when submitting a question to the appropriate email box, please provide all applicable loan details that will assist in the response, ex: loan type, occupancy, loan purpose, etc.
Underwriting Reference documents are available on the Tools & Forms page, under the Resources section of our Correspondent Lending website. We have forms to address a specific situation, such as Resident Immigration Status and the PHH Disaster Alert Policy and Procedure.
