PHH Mortgage is pleased to announce a change in our upload process. Clients will no longer be required to click the “Notify Lender” button to resubmit documents to PHH via TPO Connect. Clients will need to upload documents to the specific condition and select the “Ready for Review” button. PHH will be notified of the uploaded documents.
As a reminder, current turn times can be found on the Welcome page of TPO Connect.
