PHH is excited to announce new operational improvements to enhance the client’s experience.
GenI – AI Chat feature
PHH Mortgage has added an instant chat feature to our PHH Mortgage Correspondent Lending website. The feature can be activated by clicking the question mark symbol at the bottom of any page and is designed to assist with answering questions regarding policies and requirements outlined in the PHH Seller Guide. For best results, ask full and clear questions and avoid using abbreviations and acronyms.
A text box will open, and the user will be asked for a name and email address. Once entered, the user will be prompted to type in a question.
Responses will be based on information in the PHH Mortgage Seller Guide.
Enhanced Conditions
PHH Mortgage will be utilizing Enhanced Conditions on both Delegated and Non-Delegated loans. Enhanced conditions will provide the clients with a streamline view of conditions and easily identifiable status. The new view of conditions will be available on all new loans registered on and after April 9th. Loans registered prior to April 9th, will continue to reflect the standard condition view.
Once the user accesses the conditions in TPO Connect, the user may click on the arrow to the left of the condition to view the full condition and upload a document.
Users may also add a comment to the condition by clicking on the comment bubble next to the condition.
A text box will open for the user to add a comment. The user must click “add Comment” for the comment to be visible to PHH.
Once the document has been uploaded to the condition and a comment added, if applicable, the user will need to click the “Ready for Review” button to the right of the condition to deliver to PHH Mortgage.
SFTP Upload
PHH has expanded its delivery options for Delegated full file document uploads to allow a SFTP delivery options. With this enhancement, clients can upload multiple loan files at one time via the new SFTP. If you would like additional information regarding the new SFTP upload process, please reach out to your Correspondent Specialist. (Note: Clients will still be able to deliver loans via the current TPOC process.)
