PHH has updated our existing Product Listings for Conforming products – both Delegated and Non-Delegated.

• Removal of the FHMLC overlay for Singlewide Manufactured Homes
• Added the existing Seller Guide restriction requiring all Agency loans to have Approve/Eligible or Accept/Accept AUS findings for better visibility
