We have updated our Product Listings for Delegated and Non-Delegated, Conforming and Government products. Specifically, in the PHH Additional Limitations sections we’ve added a new line item with a quick link that takes you directly to the published Resident Immigration Status document which highlights residency type and eligibility. You can also access it by going directly to the Tools & Forms section of the PHH Correspondent website.
In addition, we’ve added clarification for Non-Delegated Conforming loans that these appraisal alternatives are ineligible:
- Automated Collateral Evaluation (ACE) & Property Data Report (PDR)
- Value Acceptance & Property Data Report (PDR)
We’ve also updated the LLC Checklist to allow up to 4 owners or members versus the previously allowed 2.
