PHH Mortgage will be closed on Monday, May 27th (5/27/2024) in honor of Memorial Day. Due to the market closure, PHH will not be accepting any LIVE Bulk Bids or Best Efforts Commitments and will not be funding loans.
Friday, May 24th, PHH will be open with an early market close of 2:00PM EST. After 2:00PM EST, PHH will no longer except any LIVE Bulk Bids. Best Efforts will be available for locking until 9:00PM EST via TPO Connect. Non-Agency locking will be available until 2:00PM EST via TPO Connect.
Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 28th.
