Announcement - Memorial Day Closure 2023

PHH Mortgage will be closed on Monday, 5/29/2023, in honor of Memorial Day. Due to the market closure, PHH will not be accepting any LIVE Bulk Bids or Best Effort Commitments and will not be funding loans.

Furthermore, on Friday, 5/26/2023 PHH will be open for LIVE Bids only until 2pm ET, while Best Efforts shall be accessible for Locking until 9pm ET, via TPOC. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, 5/30/2023.
