- Interest Only coming in January 2024
- Full & Alt Document options
- Investor DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio)
- Increased maximum loan amounts (product specific)
- Higher Cash maximums (product specific)
- Lower FICO’s (product specific)
- More flexibility with Derogatory Housing & Credit Events for certain products
