PHH is excited to announce we will be adding 4 new products to our Delegated and Non-Delegated Non-Agency offering effective Tuesday 11/28/2023. The expansion allows the continued use of our Gold Products, while offering additional options and flexibility with the new Silver Products. Highlights:

• Fixed and ARM’s - addition of a 10/6 ARM option
• Interest Only coming in January 2024
• Full & Alt Document options
• Investor DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio)
• Increased maximum loan amounts (product specific)
• Higher Cash maximums (product specific)
• Lower FICO’s (product specific)
• More flexibility with Derogatory Housing & Credit Events for certain products
