Announcement: Columbus Day Holiday

Please be advised that PHH Mortgage will be open on Columbus Day, Monday, October 10, 2022.  However, because it is a Federal holiday, we are unable to accept live bulk bids.  We will be offering Best Effort pricing available for locking via TPOC only.  In addition, there will be no funding on that day. 

Please note: This day cannot be used for rescission purposes.
