PHH Mortgage will be closed on Friday, July 4th, in honor of Independence Day. PHH will not be funding loans or accepting live bids/best effort locks due to the holiday.
In addition, due to early market closure on Thursday, July 3rd, Mandatory locks will be accepted until 1:45pm ET. Best Efforts will be accessible for locking until 9pm ET. Loans funding will follow the regular schedule as usual. PHH will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 7th.
