PHH Mortgage will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, in honor of Independence Day. PHH will not be funding loans or accepting live bids/best effort locks due to the holiday.
Due to early market closure on Wednesday, July 3rd, Live Bulk Bids will be accepted until 2:00pm ET, Best Efforts (via TPOC) will be available until 9:00pm ET, and Non-Agency locks will be available until 4:30pm ET. Loans funding will follow the regular schedule as usual. PHH will resume normal business hours on Friday, July 5th.
