Announcement - 4th of July Closure 2023

PHH Mortgage will be closed on Tuesday, July 4^th, in honor of Independence Day. PHH will not be funding loans or accepting live bids/best effort locks due to the holiday.

In addition, due to early market closure on Monday, July 3rd, Mandatory locks (hits) shall be accepted until 1:45pm ET. Best Efforts shall be accessible for locking until 9pm ET.
