Correspondent Sales Team

Brad serves as a Regional Sales Executive within the Central Division covering Houston TX, OK, KS, and MO.  Brad is located in North TX with his wife Elisa, daughter Braelyn, and son Jaxon.  He has 22+ years of mortgage sales experience spending time with Citi Mortgage, Affiliated Mortgage, Arch MI, TX Capital Bank, and National MI.

Lara is a Regional Sales Executive responsible for B2B business development and account management primarily in the Southern California region. She has close to 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specifically in Correspondent sales, supporting mortgage lenders, community banks and credit unions across the Southwest. Her areas of expertise are Delegated/Non-Delegated Best Efforts, Mandatory, Co-Issue, and Non-QM.

She’s a native of Orange County, where she currently resides with her husband and young son. She enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending quality time with her family. Lara graduated from the University of Notre Dame, majoring in Finance and minoring in Spanish Literature.

Ed serves as a Regional Sales Executive within the Western Division primarily covering Arizona, Nevada and Utah.  Ed is originally from Cleveland, but now lives in Phoenix, AZ since 2007 and has a 20+ years of mortgage sales experience spending time with a few Wholesale and Correspondent Investors.

Jud serves as a Regional Sales Executive within the Eastern Division covering the Southeastern States of LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC and TN. Jud is located in Atlanta, Georgia with his family and has 25+ years of mortgage sales experience spending time with various Wholesale and Correspondent Investors.

Kelly joins the PHH team as a Regional Sales Executive working in Correspondent Lending driving new opportunities in the Central Region. She brings over 18 years of experience to her position having worked at Lehman Brothers and Ally Bank. Most recently, Kelly was at Caliber Home Loans where she assisted in starting the Correspondent channel and she was recognized for her success by receiving the Circle of Excellence award for 8 years in a row. Prior to working in the Correspondent channel, Kelly held various sales and management positions in the retail and wholesale mortgage industry. She holds a B.S. from Iowa State University.

Shannon Smith is a Strategic Sales Executive covering the West Division. Shannon has 360 degree strategic development, capital markets and mortgage banking experience over many years working for both public and privately held Banks, Investment Banking and Investor Aggregator companies.

She enjoys traveling and representing clients just beginning as mortgage bankers, top nationwide originators and everyone in between. Shannon graduated from University of San Diego, double majoring in Business Admin and International Relations. Shannon lives in the Southern California, Coachella Valley desert infamous for music festivals and where the “5^th tennis major” is hosted.

Taylor Adams brings more than a decade of experience specializing in Correspondent Sales. He leads B2B business development and account management across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain Regions, with deep expertise in Delegated and Non-Delegated Best Efforts, Mandatory, Co-Issue, and Non-QM executions.

Taylor is a founding board member of the Montana Association for Mortgage Professionals (MAMP) and a graduate of the MBA’s School of Mortgage Banking, where he earned the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation. He is currently pursuing his Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation, further demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence and industry leadership.

Tracey is a 30+ year mortgage professional with a history of success in sales, building and mentoring productive teams, and operations management. She is a skilled business development professional with a proven track record of identifying, procuring, and maintaining long term and profitable client relationships.
Tracey returned to PHH Mortgage in 2022, covering Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. Tracey’s mortgage lending experience includes time spent at Citi, Caliber, Radian, Computershare, and Carrington.
Tracey is a life-long Michigander, where she currently resides with her 2 teenage boys and dog, Jeter. As Michigan weather permits, she enjoys watching her boys play baseball, an occasional round of golf, and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
