Announcement: Retirement of Non-Agency Gold, Silver & Bronze Products

As a reminder, PHH Mortgage is retiring the Non-Agency Gold, Silver, and Bronze programs, effective Friday, October 17, 2025. Please refer to the following details regarding your active pipeline:

• Active Non-Agency loans that are locked as of October 17th may proceed as normal, but must be delivered to PHH for closed loan review by November 30, 2025
• Non-Agency loans submitted and/or locked after October 17, 2025 must be locked under the new PHH FlexIQ Non-Agency program
