Announcement: Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, PHH Mortgage will be closed on Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th. Due to the market closure on Thursday, November 27th, PHH will not be processing any live bulk bids or Best Efforts Commitments. Additionally, PHH will not be funding loans on Thursday, November 27th nor Friday, November 28th.

On Friday, November 28th, live bulk bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. ET (due to the early market closure), and Best Efforts and Non-Agency locks will be available until 9:00 p.m. ET via TPO Connect.
