PHH Mortgage will be open for business on Monday, February 16^th, 2026. However, due to the federal holiday (Presidents’ Day), PHH will not be funding loans nor accepting any live bulk bids. Best Efforts Commitments and Non-Agency locks will be available until 9:00 PM ET via TPOC.
