Announcement: FlexIQ Non-Agency Program Release

PHH Mortgage is excited to announce the release of our NEW FlexIQ Non-Agency program suite available for both Delegated and Non-Delegated submissions, effective today, October 20, 2025.

• The new FlexIQ Non-Agency Underwriting Standards and Product Descriptions are available on our website HERE
• The FlexIQ submission process is unchanged from our current Non-Agency process, please refer to the applicable Delivery Checklist
• Clients using Optimal Blue (OB) can now update their OB product folders to access the new PHH FlexIQ Non-Agency products – contact your OB representative for setup assistance
• Approved partners will be able to take advantage of our new FlexIQ Deal Desk for non-agency guideline and scenario support, alt income calculation submissions, and exception requests on Thursday, October 23, 2025
• An updated PHH Correspondent Seller Guide, including an all-new Non-Agency Addendum, will be published soon

As a reminder, the Non-Agency Gold, Silver, and Bronze products were retired on October 17, 2025. Please refer to the following details regarding your Gold, Silver, and Bronze pipeline:

• Non-Agency loans that were locked as of OCtober 17th may proceed as normal, but must be delivered to PHH for closed loan review by November 30, 2025
  • The Non-Agency Gold, Silver, and Bronze product guidelines and resources are available in the PHH Correspondent Lending Archive of AllRegs
• Non-Agency loans submitted and/or locked after October 17, 2025 must be locked under the new PHH FlexIQ Non-Agency program, refer to the FlexIQ details noted above
