Announcement - Expiration of FHLMC BorrowSmart® Program

PHH is sending this reminder of the expiration of the Freddie Mac BorrowSmart® Program as of December 31, 2025.  Freddie Mac BorrowSmart is eligible for loans that were referred to HPF and completed the HPFeligibility certificate with funding dates no later than December 31, 2025.

Highlights:

• FHLMC BorrowSmart® Program is ending December 31, 2025.
