Announcement - Correspondent Updates

Effective December 1st  for new and existing locks, PHH is pleased to announce the following 
updates regarding our Delegated & Non-Delegated, Conforming and Government Products. 


Delegated & Non-Delegated, Conforming and Government Product Update: 

• PHH Mortgage has updated the Tax Transcript overlay.  Tax transcripts are no longer required 
  for self-employed borrowers when tax returns are used to qualify. The overlay has been 
  updated to now require tax transcripts when either a handwritten paystub is used to qualify, or 
  borrower is employed by family.
