Product Listing Update

PHH Mortgage is pleased to announce that the following has been updated on our product listing:

• PHH will begin accepting locks for FHA Streamline loans effective 1/6/2021.
• Conventional Fixed loans:  Occupancy Type has been updated on the Product Listing to All from Owner Occupied.
