Due to the market closure, PHH will not be accepting any Live BULK or Best Effort Commitments on Thursday, November 23rd. Loans will not be funded on Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th.
Due to the early market closure on Friday, November 24th, we will be accepting live Bulk bids until 2:00PM EST and Best Effort locks until 9:00PM EST. Locks expiring on Thursday or Friday will automatically be extended.
