ICE Technology has released new functionality in TPOC that requires users to provide a File Contact when registering or locking a new Best Efforts loan. In addition, clients that have dual approval, will need to select the appropriate channel when adding a new loan. Users should follow the below steps when registering a loan.
Once the channel is selected, the user will need to select the file contact by clicking on the pencil and then selecting the appropriate contact. On Delegated files, all users will be available in the drop down for selection by the current user. Delegated clients will be able to choose from TPO Loan Officers or TPO Managers.
Non-Delegated clients will need to select a TPO Loan Officer and a TPO Processor.
On the Add File Contact page, the user will select the appropriate contact from the File Contact drop down list:
Once the File Contact has been identified, the user may proceed with selecting the Loan Data Source and proceed to the Register Loan Form.
